Birdies Took a Hike at My Can Tour Debut

I can usually depend on my short game to pull me through. Not this time for my debut at the Can Tour as a new member.

I was fine with short putts but couldn’t get things going with the 12 to 18 foot ones when I needed them. Only one more solid putt was all I needed to make the cut. Heck, that’s golf!

I played pretty solid though. More steady.

Still working on my shots off the tee. I tend to pull left. But, Sean Foley has me working on some things that seem to be helping.

Hopefully, the birdies and long putts will come back for my second Can Tour Tournament next week.
